Tuesdays 9:00-10:00am or Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Designed for beginner adults, Tennis 101 is a 4-week class that will provide you with the basic skills and knowledge to move forward with confidence in our tennis program.
Tuesdays 10:00-11:00am or Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm
Designed for the player who is returning to the game or is a Tennis 101 graduate, this weekly clinic will give you the basic fundamentals of the game.
Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays 9:00-10:00am
Take your cardio routine out of the gym and onto the tennis court! Cardio tennis is a great workout for players of all abilities, in fact, NO TENNIS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
Ladies 2.5-3.5 Doubles Clinic
Get that competitive energy back! This energetic 90-minute session consisting of live ball drills, strategy gameplay, instruction and lots of fun will help prepare you for social/competitive league play.
This clinic will give opportunities for players to focus on different areas of the game. Groundstrokes, attacking game, serves and returns. Bringing all these pieces together with drills and games to apply them into points.
Live Ball Clinic
Mondays (3.5+) 10:00-11:30am & Thursdays (all levels) 10:00-11:30am
Live ball is situational point play, typically without the serve. Participants will play lots of points against different people on the courts, reacting to different types of balls and styles of play. Class will include a variety of rotations, stipulations and court formations.
Open Doubles Clinic (Co-Ed)
An energetic 90-minute session of drilling, strategy and point play.
